Our clients had planned to significantly extend their new family home and required a complete spacial design, source and install service. The existing kitchen was carefully extended to incorporate a secondary worktop/counter area for additional seating and a s separate walk in pantry for dry storage.
The open living area was extended to incorporate a formal dining area, creating a wonderful space for every day family living and entertaining. Adjoining the open living dining space, a separate warm and inviting living room was built to incorporate a new log burner fire, heated herringbone engineered wooden floors and deep midnight velvet seating with bespoke cushions.
The property was further extended to the far side, creating an outstanding entertainment space – a snooker table, seating under a large lantern, feature inset LED ceiling strip lighting, polished concrete floors and a three metre full stocked bar – opening up to a complete outdoor kitchen and sunken firepit within the stunning garden.
The contemporary style and significant extensions to this property, has resulted in a family home to cater for busy teenage children and a place to work and entertain for our clients.
