Regency Apartment

The ground floor garden Regency apartment in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa was in dire need of a complete refurbishment. The client had recently acquired the property and wanted to retain the period features but for our team to entirely upgrade each area.

The kitchen was completely refurbished with a solid timber kitchen, quartz worktops and a herringbone porcelain floor which flowed into the entrance hall and into the ground floor shower room and cloakroom. Soft greys and blues were the steering colour palette for the principal rooms, which followed through to the furniture, soft furnishings and wool loop piled carpets.

The mezzanine floor boasted a further bedroom suite where the team renovated the additional bathroom, and our external design team upgraded the generously sized courtyard garden. A complete refurbishment over a tight 8-week schedule.
